The introduction of knowledge management in business circles industry have as to increase competitiveness at the same time, this issue of "knowledge management" in the "war and win" army is more important. The accumulation of knowledge and heritage of the Army has excellent military style. Teach Fan Jianjun decades has accumulated considerable number of other dominant criteria, technical manuals, work norms and weaponry and within recessive training experience, work experience and professional human knowledge. This valuable and extensive knowledge resources, such as can effectively be managed, will be conducive to the transfer of knowledge forces. More forces can effectively enhance the combat capability.
