The system is composed of the microcontroller MCS-51, the wireless communication devices (e.g. ZigBee module, GPS module, etc) and a self-made monitoring module. The system can undergo the remote control and orientate the actual position of the traffic signals by a GPS module. As the information of the traffic signals is received by using the ZigBee module, the controller can understand the real condition of the traffic signals according to the automatic analyses of Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW). As soon as a traffic accident occurs, the controller will obtain the message in real time and notice the related persons to process the unexpected condition. Besides, the system has some merits, such as in real-time monitoring, easy operation, etc. However, it could be increase the overall efficiency of controlling traffic signals in the future. 王信福 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 43 zh-TW |
