When people go away from home, they need power chargers at any time. The objects such as small to individual cell phones, tablet PCs, Notebooks and large to electric bicycles, motorcycles, automobiles, etc. all need to be charged. Therefore, it needs public places or charging stations to provide the power supply service. There are sockets of public electricity to be used in each public place, such as commercial buildings, residential buildings, airports, railway stations, stores, schools, student dormitories etc.. The costs of public electricity are generally afforded by management units. The primary reason is that large crowds flow daily, thus the users and the amount of electricity consumption cannot be tracked. As a result, the costs of public electricity can just be absorbed by the operators. Thus it often happens that administrators or operators close their businesses or don’t provide free power supply service. Therefore, the study proposes a smart power measurement control system for public sockets. It is managed by applying for registration in advance or easy pay cards. The system consists of an ID authentication module, a power control module, a smart meter module, communication transmission, a middleware application and a back-end database. The system allows operators to effectively manage public power sockets to achieve the idea of user charges to provide better service quality for the people.
