Except the basic communication, photography, network commuity and other functions are integrated into the mobile phone,and rich and diverse applications available. The convenience and immediacy of smartphone is superior to traditional phone. So that people can use smart phones accomplish many things in life, such as shopping, reading, relaxing etc. Therefore smartphone dramatically changed people's lifestyle has become daily necessities. Because most of the students are not concern about curriculum activity time actively. However, without reminding students, students will lose learning opportunities from the course activities. Therefore, due to use smartphone that is close to people's lives, this study combined app and curriculum to develop a course activity notification system—Mobile Secretary of Operating Systems (MSOS), as a curriculum reminder tool. To remind the student curriculum activity time at anytime and anywhere actively like a secretary. This study also investigates the app reminder, e-mail notifications and online learning platform announcements to remind students that what tools access to curriculum-related matters and preview and review courses are preferred. And to compare the effect of app from the questionnaries of the use of over MSOS students and students unused MSOS. And from the results that the use of over MSOS students, they think that in order to access to curriculum-related matters and preview and review courses from app is convenient and immediate, more than e-mail notifications and online learning platform.
