The research method was questionnaire survey. The valid return rate was 67.1% and 503 subjects participated in this study. The instruments were “Time Management Questionnaire” and “School Effectiveness Questionnaire”. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and stepwise multiple regression, and hierarchical regression. The findings were listed as the following: 1. The average scores of the administrative directors’ perceptions on time management were above the medium high. The “time planning and management” and “human interaction and communication” scored the highest. 2. The average scores of the administrative directors’ perceptions on the school’s effectiveness were above the medium high. The “the quality of administrative effectiveness” and “teaching effectiveness” scored the highest. 3. Group differences were found among the administrative directors’ background variables such as age, marital status, position, and years of administrative experience in terms of their perceptions on time management. 4. Group differences were found among the administrative directors’ background variables such as age, marital status, and position age, marital status, position in terms of their perceptions on the school effectiveness. 5. There was significantly positive correlation between the administrative directors’ perception of time management and school effectiveness. 6.
