In recent years, many years of working for foreign popular places trend has gradually prevailed in Taiwan, domestic workers for more places to students as the main ethnic groups: Because generally no economic base, due to funding only for short-termor on the day travel back and forth, not deep understanding of the local culture. Through working mechanism can be used to change places with less funding and a long stay in a place when, through the slow travel experience local culture of life, a new choice for students to travel. This study focuses on two parts: a study in a professional to create mutually beneficial exchange places: Currently working mechanism for places, divided into "general change places", "professional exchange places" in two categories, the country for sleepers in general for the current widespread places of work as much, can not provide their own expertise or the ability to have a positive plus B & Bs. This study discusses design backgrounds of young students how to assist the professional point of view for B & B accommodation in the spatial quality of the upgrade, professional background, feel creative design expertise to help students make partial reconstruction accommodation adding value, creating a win-win situation. (2) discuss the necessity of experiential learning: design-related work for places that students can grow through experiential learning experience through the actual process of interaction better understand users' needs and expectations. Discussion of the results in terms of value-added space: guesthouse owners agree specialized places for physical space for environmental improvement and for help on word of mouth publicity, participating students also derive a sense of accomplishment with the body and soul of the harvest; experiential learning perspective in terms of: wage change places with the effectiveness of experiential learning, design students actually learn from the B & workflow and customer needs, has its benefits and necessity. Look forward to working through this study allow for residential mechanism for sleepers from the focus to enhance the physical and spiritual aspects of students turn to change places with the professional expertise of environmental space for swap places with the substantive contribution to the educational experience of learning to explore, through this allows for tertiary students on work places have more awareness and participation motivation.
