Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 101 === Work and family are the most important things in our life, as to the double-income families increasingly common, many employees expressed that they take on responsibilities and pressure from work and family. When they can not balance both side of work and family well, work-family conflict will make impacts on the aspects of life and work. Recommended to the business owners and mangers not only pursue the operating profits but also to improve organizational health and enhance job satisfaction. On another side, double-income families under a lot of pressure no matter in family or workplace. Hoping by this study husband and wife can give more tolerance and sharing to each other. Results of the research are as follows: (1) Work demand has positive effect on work-family conflict; (2) Materialism has partial positive moderating effect on the relationship between family demand and work-family conflict; (3) Perfectionism has partial positive moderating effect on the relationship between work demand and work-family conflict.
