Summary: | 碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 電機工程系暨研究所 === 101 === In this thesis, a new high step-up converter is proposed. The high step-up ratio is achieved by adjusting the turn ratio of coupled inductor, voltage clamp circuit and voltage doubler circuit. Moreover, the energy stored in coupled inductor can be recycled during switching off period that the conversion efficiency is enhanced as well as the power switch is effectively clamped. The steady-state operation principle of the proposed high step-up converter is analyzed in this thesis. Finally, a prototype of the proposed high step-up converter, with DC input 12V and DC output 200V/150W, is implemented and simulated to demonstrate the performances and feasibility.
