Due to the low birth rate, the economic recession, the change of family structures and educational policies, the kindergarten business has also developed diversely, which is a challenge whether the management of the preschool succeeds or fails. This research uses the quality method to explore how the community resources are incorporated in the creative teaching of the preschool, and in turn becomes its characteristic. This motivates the teachers to try their teaching with innovation and breakthroughs to consequently make their schools to be features preschools. The objective of this research is to explore the notion of incorporating community resources into creative teaching of preschools, the content of using community resources, the combination of preschool’s characteristics and styles with the liberal educational thoughts, and the implementation of integrating preschool kids with their local life experiences, which helps the preschools to better utilize the resources of the community where they stand. The research traget is Jeou-Jeou-Feng Ecological Art Park in Tsaotun, which is rich in natural ecology and humanity. It expands the teaching effect on the children to cultivate a sense of community and hometown emotion, as well as on the kindergarten to pursue professional autonomy and develop its own features. The research data were collected by literature review and semi-structured interviews, further with specifically designed questionnaires to construct the research spindle of utilizing community resources to enhance the advantageous competitiveness, to activate kindergarten functions and to provide applicable advice in creative teaching.
