Including descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s product - moment correlation, canonical analysis,and multiple regression and other statistical methods to findings of this study were summarized as follow: 1. A study on teacher job stress of non-categorical elementary school resource room teachers in central Taiwan is at a medium level in average,and highest in the dimension of "working conditions". 2. A study on teacher job satisfaction of non-categorical elementary school resource room teachers in central Taiwan is at a slightly higher level in average,and and highest in the dimension of"teaching environment". 3.Different gender, years of service, qualifications, professional backgrounds are non- categorical resource room teachers working pressure perception not reach significant difference. 4. Different gende r, years of service , qualifications , professional background of non-categorical resource room teachers in the perception of job satisfaction less than significant differences. 5.There is a non-positive correlation between teachers' job stress and job satisfaction. 6. Teachers working pressure of "social support" to job satisfaction have significant predictive power. Finally, according to the research results,the suggestions are provided as a reference for educational administration , elementary school administrators and teachers , and further research.
