This study aimed to investigate the schizophrenic patient's illness management experience, qualitative research method, purposive sampling in the middle of a community mental rehabilitation center, and select the age of 20 years old, and diagnosis schizophrenia for two years (including) above. One to one, semi-structured interviews with research data collection, content analysis method foranalysis. Twelve cases were interviewed, the results showed three lived experience: First is a storm, suffer the storm condition, including chaotic inner world, outside of unequal treatment; Second across the barrier, self-exploration, including overcoming an unbearable burden, learning and coexistence disease;Final is internal and external integration, hopeful, including maintaining a constant body and soul, sustained supportive environment interaction and seek a hope in the future. Case study results show that the experience of the illness-management course of the disease, the first experience mental confusion and extrinsic life-sized, heart, social dilemma; disease then gradually realize the truth, aware of their inner feelings and external changes in behavior, trying to bring balance disorders distress; finally confront disease cases, learning how to self-care, restored relationships, establish a medical partners, and eventually be able to dance with the disease and look forward to return to society, and seek a hope in the future. The results of this study provide clinical practice and future research reference, hoping to enhance the quality of care in patients with schizophrenia, to assist them to adapt to living in the community.
