This study aims to explore the oral health education module on vocational high school students ' knowledge, attitude and behavior about oral health results. Research -production experimental designs was used and national vocational high school students in Taichung city are objects. A total of 132 by voluntary registration, 67 people were randomly assigned to the experimental group , and 65 people were randomly assigned to the control group excluding loss and invalid questionnaires.The amount of 128 valid data is analyzed. Students in the experimental group received oral health education modules with life skill two times a week, 30 minutes at a time and a total of six times. The control group didn’t have the modules. Survey was used before and after interventions to collect data used on structured questionnaires. In this study, by using self constructive questionnaires to collect the data and examine the result. The questionnaires included following items, such as Oral Health Knowledge, Oral Health Attitude, and Oral Health Behavior. (The rates of CVI are 70-100 %,70-100 %,90-100 % respectively, while they are the K-R 20 0.63 ,Cronbach’ s α, 0.87 and 0.77 repectively) The result showed that after putting Oral Health Knowledge into practice, the figures of the experimental and control group of " Oral Health Knowledge" are respectively 24.95 and 19.30 (t=9.557, P<0.001) ,while the ones of "Oral Health Attitude and Behavior" ones are 14.73 and 127.1(t=6.282,P<0.001) and the ones of "Oral Health Behavior" ones are 82.00 and 68.48(t=6.474,P<0.001). The figures showing above do demonstrate that there is a tremendous progress after promoting Oral Health Knowledge in vocational high school. It indicates the modules of vocational high school students oral health education intervention is really effective. Recommendations are based on research results: postprandial cleaning teeth activity extended up into senior high school and vocational campuses as a postprandial routine. It can be used with oral health promoting school issues in the future, as an application in senior and vocational high school stages.
