碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 長期整合照護與福祉服務產業碩士專班 === 101 === In the hospital's human resources, the nursing workforce accounted for 40% to 60%, Taiwan's healthcare environment and clinical care dilemma last ten many years, nursing manpower has been a shortage in recent years to promote positive practice environment is a global issue , nursing-related organizations and government agencies urged all medical institutions should pay attention to nursing human resources to improve nursing practice environment, strengthen retention measures in order to continue to provide quality patient care quality. In this study, a questionnaire-based, and SPSS 18.0 statistical software, explore the personality traits of nurses satisfaction of nursing practice environment impact study showed that personality traits may affect nursing practice environment on job satisfaction of nurses consciously the practice environment feel overall average score of 128.9 points (out of 200 points), compared with 64 terms of conversion of 100 points, the current phenomenon of self-evaluation practice environment is not ideal, practice environment, safety, wages and benefits, mutual respect , social support, continuing education, use of resources, medical material supply and well-equipped self-assessment in eight dimensions, sort lowest first three are: wages and benefits, well-equipped, use of resources, these results can be used as improvement of medical homes the practice environment reference.
