Description
Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 機電工程研究所 === 102 === Today an engineer in the factory is responsible for a large number of required Programming Logic Controller (PLC) equipment maintenance. If the wireless digital monitoring devices are applied, then the relevant personnel are not necessary to walk to the host PLC equipment to check the processing information by PLC device operation. It can significantly reduce the labor requirements associated personnel and maintenance. In order to reach the above purpose, the radio frequency wireless digital transmission can be adopted. For this study, the temperature measurement application of the PLC in Combination with Wireless Transmission is demonstrated. The platform of PLC device as the control center is integrated with NTC thermal resistor and Analog/Digital conversion module (FXon-3A) to obtain the temperature measurement for this experiment. Under the experimental range of the Analog/Digital data, the temperature data can be modelled as a regression functions from the multiple experiments. This mathematical function can be written as a program of PLC to predict the temperature by transforming the measured voltage from the expanded A/D module. Then, the temperature is shown at the remote assigned location the range from 1 meter to 20 meters by using the set of RF wireless transmitter/receiver module to pass the data signals. Finally, the transmission result is completely accurate.
