碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 營建工程研究所 === 101 === In the past, there is no industry and technology, and the grain agriculture is only for life maintaining. With the progress of technology by times, we can see more and more needs for pressure releasing from the agriculture type changing - from self-reaping to agriculture tourism. Nature, Non-poisonous, and organic is the main trend for agriculture today. Had over used the pesticide to make vegetable and fruit a good outlook before, it not only did damage to human health, but also damage to our environment and ecology. We should to stop the damage to influence our descendants continuously. Therefore, here comes the new agriculture type, citizen farm, which is mainly for experiencing to plant organic vegetable. After the data survey, normal farms is only for planting without the diverse leisure consideration. With the organization of modern green architecture, it takes the least resource and conducts the least litter from start to building, using, and end to removing. That achieves the following features: environment protecting, energy saving, and wastes reducing. This study is based on the conception of green architecture, and hope to provide the new way to have better sustainable development for farm managers in the future.
