mainstream marketing. This change has brought exciting news that is
smartphone mobile application App Marketing. Because there is a good
smartphone software developing platform and a reasonable profit sharing method,
which allows software companies and individual software developers to find an
effective business profit model, they are willing to invest resources on the
platform, having the opportunity to develop software to make profit.
This research adopts business case study methodology, interviews with three
representative smartphone mobile applications company, software developers,
decision makers, or marketing planning staff to share their experience in order to
understand its various representative applications, with issues of description of
the software development process by using enterprise interviews of the
smartphone mobile applications companies. Finally, we analyze the reviewed
data and summarize the company's business model and success factors. We
expect our result that will be helpful for the people, who join the smart phone
mobile application software development companies, or individuals, who start
their own business, can find the right way for the profit. For management
implications, this study provides the software industry in innovation and
managerial learning, to understand the pulse of the market, to get insight into the
application software market changes, and developing the applications that user is
needed.
