Development of information technology for use by the elderly has become a big problem, therefore, appreciate and understand the elderly has become a very important issue. This study aimed to investigate and develop an action learning interface compliance elderly to use, design through literature and practical tests. Therefore, the research purpose (1) development designed to meet the elderly using action learning interfaces. (2) evaluate the elderly action learning interface usability. (3) explore the elderly learning problems through this interface. The results showed that the design of the interface on the elderly, the course must have a clear classification of audio and video content to mainly elderly favorite by comparison,the interface must be Warm color-based, text size will also affect their reading comfort.
