The first part is using Glycidyl Methacrylate (GMA) as monomer blended with Porogen (DEP), Crosslinker (EM265) and Photoinitiator (D1173) to form monomer reactants, and using microfluidic device to cut it into polymer droplets exposed to certain UV inducing monomer reaction and Photopolymerization forming polymer microspheres. The second part is to give the surface of those microspheres prepared in first part different kinds of functional group (-NH2、-SH、-COOH) according to Ring-opening Reaction of epoxy groups by different chemicals. As for the last part, first is absorption using those surface-modified microspheres to adsorb heavy metal ions like Cr3+、Cu2+、Co2+、Ni2+, following desorption and further testing two and three types of metal irons of competitive adsorption. What is found in the conclusion is these polymer microspheres can be repeatedly used and have selectivity to metal irons. Lieh-Li Lin 林烈利 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 77 zh-TW |
