碩士 === 中央警察大學 === 外事警察研究所 === 101 === Abstract The purposes of this research are to study successful anti-corruption system in Thailand and Singapore, compare and analyze the similarity and difference of anti-corruption system, and find out good measures that are applicable in Thailand. In this research, there are some indicators that are able to demonstrate the success and effectiveness of anti-corruption. These indicators are the assessments of following international organizations: Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), Political and Economic Risk Evaluation in Asian Country (PERC), Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI), and Global Integrity. In accordance with the indicators, Singapore was much more successful in anti-corruption than Thailand. There is the similarity and difference in anti-corruption system between Thailand and Singapore. Regarding the similarity, Thailand has already applied some good anti-corruption measures. As for the difference, it is a good chance for Thailand to learn successful experience from Singapore and apply it. Finally, some good anti-corruption measures were offered in the form of recommendations in the conclusion part. Some are able to be applied in the short term, whereas some can only be implemented in the long term. Keywords: Corruption, Anti-Corruption, Official, Holder of Political Position
