Also buildup Taiwan's Solid foundation as Well-Known Taiwanese economic miracle. According to Government investment in education policy and the Scholars, they believe that education and economic development have close relationship. This research will using on Denison-type, to investigate overall education investment and education of Leisure investment to Taiwan's economical Growth from 1998 to 2013.   As result in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) from 1998 to 2013 the salary has been increase for 1.34% because all levels of work salary reward grows along with the education levels enhancement. Which about 51.86% of capita income. Therefore from 1998 to 2013 average of capita income growth rate increases 3.02%, and inside of 0.69% is from education. Which means Taiwan's economical growth contribution is 22.85%, education of leisure take 1.53% of overall education, in conclusion education of leisure contribution to Taiwan's economical growth is 0.33%.   Obviously the contribution of economic not as good as expectation, education industry has been over-produce therefore the market don’t accept the labor force, and show the reflection of unbalance of supply and demand problem in high level labor market. This thesis comes a recommendation, which recommend Universities do not need to over expand in University department, and focus on quality of education, construction of installations and provide what is the real “need” in the market.
