difference.Posttest study uses the dual quasi-experimental research design, a
medical center in southern Taiwan's endocrinology clinic were enrolled.
The subjects were divided into experimental grop(multi-media health
education CD-ROM)and the control grop(health education leaflets)with 40
subjects in each grop. With "pen insulin cognitive skills assessment form" as a
research tool, Were discussed and compared multimedia health education as well
as single disc Zhang Wei teach need to receive insulin injections for diabetics
insulin injections of cognitive skills, glycemic control effectiveness and clinical
nursing health education time difference.
Data collected were using analyzed by the SPSS 16.0 software package .
Based on the nature of the variables of the study, descriptive
statistics,single-sample t- test , paired t test, chi-square test and other statistical
analysis presented findings.
The findings of the study showed the pen-type insulin, the multimedia
CD-ROM with the traditional health education intervention health education
intervention in diabetic patient's blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin
reached significant differences, However, health education CD-ROM ways to
make learning personal needs repeated practice, the image produced by
imitation learning effect, In order to enhance memory and learning interest
learners, while improving the satisfaction of learning can effectively reduce the

time nurses health education and therefore can be used as new nurses for
patients with diabetes use insulin pen tips reference for health education
