And understand the quality of medical services and physician-patient relationship the relationship between variables. The subjects were a northern regional teaching hospital emergency leave against medical advice in patients being discharged from the hospital, the application of quality of care and doctor-patient relationship questionnaire to explore, study design questionnaire survey approach to leave against medical advice from hospital patient sample , the number of valid sample of 120 people, the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation to describe the object of study in the distribution of each variable in the case, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the relationship between variables, hereby summarizes the main findings are as follows: First, the quality of medical services before the three highest scoring process for physicians diagnose the patient can be trusted, followed by patients with difficulties, medical staff will try to help resolve and physicians will be clearly stated on the patient condition or subsequent disposal. Second, the doctor-patient relationship before the three highest scores to help me as I trusted physician clinics, followed by medical doctors to help me'll try to help me, I think helped me clinic physician approachable. Third, different gender, age, education level, marital status, personal monthly income and degree of illness urgent, emergency medical service quality residence time was no significant difference. Fourth, different gender, age, education level, marital status, personal monthly income and degree of illness urgent, emergency residence time in the doctor-patient relationship is no significant difference. Fifth, leave against medical advice of the patient from hospital quality of care and doctor-patient relationship was a positive correlation. In this study, conducted in accordance with the results of the discussion, and for the application of the results and the direction of future research proposals.
