Summary:碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to explore how the working pressure impact the motivation and satisfaction of leisure activities of the junior high school teachers in charge of administrative work, and to analyze the differences among different background variables. This study used questionnaires which extracted junior high school teachers from 57 public and private schools in Hsinchu County and Hsinchu City including 684 teachers in charge of administrative work . There are 393 effective samples , and the study used SPSS18.0 LISREL8.57- statistical software analysis of the data conducted analysis : descriptive statistics analysis , reliability analysis , validity analysis , correlation analysis , confirmatory factor analysis , independent samples t-test , one-way ANOVA analysis , structural equation modeling. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. Junior high school teachers in charge of administrative work showed no significant differences , while facing the " pressure of work " in different genders , ages and duties. 2. The working pressure of junior high school teachers in charge of administrative work results in a big difference among their marital status . There are significant differences existing in " professional knowledge" , " workload " and " adaption to change.” While facing "student behavior" , they didn't show any difference. 3. Junior high school teachers who have different teaching years feel the working pressure very differently ; There are no significant differences in their overall working pressure in "student behavior", "workload", "change adaptation" facet ; while in "professional knowledge ", " human relationships " there is significant differences . 4. Junior high school teachers , who participate in leisure activities at different monthly average , feel the working pressure tremendously different on "professional knowledge" and "change adaptation" dimensions . But there were no significant difference in "student behavior", "human relationships" and "workload" dimensions. 5. The working pressure of junior high school teachers in charge of administrative work really has a significant positive impact on the motivation to participate in the leisure activities. 6. The motivation of junior high school teachers to participate in the leisure activities really has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of the leisure activities. 7. The working pressure of junior high school teachers in charge of administrative work really has no significant positive effect in the satisfaction of the leisure activities. Finally, according to the research results we can hopefully provide some useful suggestions for educational authorities, schools and future researches.
