The sudden exception of the heart is unpredictable generally, so they need a system that can record a long-time ECG signal and real-time exception alerts. When the abnormal event occurs, it can immediate alert. By this system, we can reduce the mortality rate of patients.
The proposed portable real-time multi-lead ECG irregular alarm system, with small, portable, real-time irregular alarm system and other features. Our ECG analog front end circuit of the system is based on the op amp. The circuit consist of instrument amplifiers, band-pass filters, post-amplifiers and offset circuits, respectively. The ECG signal is digitized by the built-in analog-to-digital converter of Microchip's PIC24FJ256GB206 embedded microcontroller. Then it do feature extractions, and storage signal data to the memory card by the serial peripheral interface. And do the algorithm of real-time irregular detection that we designed, simultaneously. If any abnormal event occurs, the alarm system can immediately send the alert message. At the last, we add the positive and negative detection of R character point and T wave, that it uses to improve the real-time irregular detection.
Our proposed real-time multi-lead ECG irregular alarm system can switch to the Bluetooth wireless module, that can send alert messages and real-time observation of ECG signals through the smart phone or tablet. It is convenient to prevent the heart of disease and do the long-term care. And it is also convenient to manage personal health and do the home long-term care.
