And in serving idelogy era, school lunch provieds not merely the food quality, but also the service quality of lunch. In order to provide nutrient lunch it is necessary to improve service quality for school lunch. But for the lunch secretary of service and nutrition with insufficient professional lines, are all a great challenge. for the sake of lighten a lunch secretary in manage the working pressure of school lunch, this study applies〝Service Experience Engineering〞(SEE) developed by Institute for Information Industry on improving service quality for school lunch. It offer one set to have system, scientific process and service design method apt to implement while managing the school lunch for the lunch secretary from user's human-oriented view.
This study emphasize on Service modeling stage of SEE. At “customer insight” stage, we use group interview, customer experience trip and affinity diagram method (viz KJ method) to practice service experience context insight. As well as literature review to find out the customer demands. The second stage gets into “service design”, using Service Quality Function Deployment (SQFD) for customer demands to expand the service functions of managing school lunch, service processes, and available service resources. The study manipulates the SEE method via group interview and the mainpulation process of experience trip and context insight, with the lunch secretary of certain primary in Taizhong. And the study finds out the difficulties and problems in managing school lunch, and then devises the pratical method to solve problem. The researcher looks forward to offering an efficient way to improve problems of school lunch through this systematic mothod.
