There are 120 questionnaire was given, 106 had recall, 88% of the questionnaire was recallable. There are 6 of the questionnaire was not valid, the valid questionnaire in total are 100. 94% of the questionnaire was valid.The study shows: 1.From the elementary school personnel’s of Taoyuan County, it does not matter the gender, age, marriage, job position, educational background, there are no differences between the element of job rotation and the efficiency of job rotation.2.The interest of job rotation effects promotion, salary rising, knowledge skill and the efficiency of job rotation.The rate of the job rotation does not effect promotion, salary rising, knowledge skill and benefices of job rotation.According to the study, below are the advices:1.To fix the policy of managing, make the rate of job rotation changes to 6 years for the turn.2.Make the rule for representative of the job rotation management. 3.Put traffic distance into on of the consideration.4.To give publicity to the positive side of Job rotation.5.All of the members should be part of the policy of job rotation.6.Be more frequent of the rate of job rotation ZHUYIN,JIN 羅晉 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW |
