Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 101 === The main goal of this study is to construct an assessment model based on knowledge management (KM) for Taiwanese TFT-LCD factory in China. This study integrates Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) to search for the importance of criteria and sub criteria.
Four important critieria, human resource, process, innovation, and market, are adopted in the ISM for relationship analysis. Those factors are then employed for the criteria of the ANP. Fuzzy theory is applied to ANP in order to resolve the problems of the cognitive uncertainty. By using the FANP, all the weights of the criteria and sub criteria are calculated. The results show that the proposed model not only assists enterprises with the performance assessment in knowledge management, but also improves the competitiveness in the TFT-LCD industry.
