| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 101 === Subject to the impact of globalization and information technology, the school education has been reduced fertility, education market, school choice students and parents as well as the impact of 12 years of National Education, the schools face the competition are much more intensive and complicate, to establish national junior high school evaluation performance system. It strengthens the future school high performance, becoming an important issue to each school. This study uses data envelopment analysis method, the Hsinchu area Junior high each performance evaluation, the study showed that: the overall efficiency analysis, a total of six secondary schools to achieve relatively efficient, but for the other schools that are referenced only one benchmark ; and then slack variable analysis, investment decision-making item has three units in personnel costs, six units of capital decision-door, nine school area of decision-making units, 6 units making the number of teachers, five the number of decision-making units of the master are to be reduced. Output and increased the number of items in the number of graduates has nine units need to increase decision-making; performance in teaching cross efficiency analysis, only one school has achieved performance. Finally, this study identify methods to construct junior high school performance assessment model, and the study found different model can effectively know the future school performance.
