碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 飛機系統工程研究所在職專班 === 101 === In recent years, in respond to government’s concept of promoting saving energy and paperless, numbers of companies, such as supermarkets, gas stations and department stores, gradually start issuing electronic invoices. Aside from the difference of paper quality, electronic invoices have one set of barcode which includes the issued year, month, number and random code. In this paper, we created an invoice number database by scanning the bar code with Barcode Scanner launched by the ZXING team on Android smart phones, provided the function of checking numbers from this database which saved lots of time from traditional ways, and combined the system of personal billing to integrate a completed record of income, expenditure and shopping habits. In summary, the database will help users more convenient and save time on personal financial management and checking invoice numbers. In order to achieve effective management and easy access, this study took advantage of the barcode on electronic invoices, adopted the decoding software and camera of smart phones to get the invoice numbers into database. What’s more, the system integrated personal billing to record expenditure and checked invoice numbers to save time and memory space, reduce battery consumption. In the future, the institution of issuing invoices is recommended to improve hardware and software to pass invoice numbers to smart phones. Users will get invoice numbers directly to meet the principle of paperless.
