This is because the airport kiosks provide passengers to short line-up and save time for airport check-in services. Therefore, this paper focuses on passengers’ demography profile, such as member vs. non-member, education and age differences, to perceive service quality, risk perception, willing to us and the cognition of intention after using airport kiosks services. Based on the literature review, this paper build up 4 different frameworks and total 15 evaluation items for questionnaires. The results of this study show that: (1) there is only one significant difference among 15 evaluation items between members and non-members segments. (2) there are two significant differences among 15 evaluation items between different education segments. (3) there is none of significant difference among 15 evaluation items between different age segments. Finally, the paper result may provide Taiwanese-owned airlines a full picture to understand passengers’ perception on airport kiosk services, and also give some managerial recommendations for airlines. 何學庸 姜佳瑗 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 63 zh-TW
