碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 航空運輸研究所在職專班 === 101 === This study is to investigate the safety culture of the Taipei Song Shan Airport. As the method of our investigation, we attempt to discuss the influencing factors of safety culture level through related studies and Fuzzy Delphi Method from expert's opinions, in an attempt to enhance the airport management and maintain the safety culture policies. This study is divided into three stages. First stage begins with constructing and organizing the safety culture level by using Fuzzy Delphi Method. Second, the Fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Process is applied to filter out the important degree of each criterion as the measureable indices of the safety culture. Finally, the use of ANOVA is to exam the significant with sensitivity parameters which demonstrate the effect of the safety culture. As the result of the research, Taipei Song Shan Airport management authorities B argues that airport safety culture level can be enhanced by promoting and emphasizing more safety-related activities and education. In the other hand, management authorities A and C believe that the level of safety culture understanding by staffs is directly influenced by the policies related to those safety issues.
