Summary: | 碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 健康科技研究所 === 101 === Commercially avaible sunscreen usually contain an unigue structure that can absorb ultraviolet. In order to effectively prevent ultraviolet damage to the human skin, the structure usually contain one, or two or more benzene rings, on which the carbon-carbon (C = C) double bond, conjugated double bond or electron releasing atoms, such as oxygen or nitrogen were attached. These compounds may absorb the energy from sun uv to the excited state and release the energy latter in the form of heat or light to the ground state, to reduce the UV damage to the skin. This thesis described the synthesis of a series of novel compounds with the ability to absorb UV. These compounds are a1、b1、c1、d1、a2、b2、c2、d2、b3、c3、d3、d4、g2、h2、h4 and i2. The UV absorbility were screened by ultraviolet absorption spectrum、sunscreen effect measurement and UV-bioprotection assay on E.coli medium and theoretical logP values. Results showed that a1 and b1 expressed good ultraviolet absorptivity at UVA and UVB range. The suncream form of a1、c2、b3 demostrated fine UVA and UVB sunscreen effect. Compounds a1、b1、c1 illustrated excelleut UV bio-protection. Compounds b3、c3、d3、d4、h4 and i2 exibited higher theoretical value of logP than Homosalate and Benzophenone-2.
