Therefore, the idea of Green Building has been raised, and more and more people start to care about the lighting efficiency of the energy usage for the houses and workplaces. This paper represents the concentrated sunlight collecting controller with LED intelligent dimming function and without electricity consumption, which can directly guide the continuous natural light to indoor for lighting, use the fiber optic lamps to reduce the electricity usage and combine the high efficiency concentrated solar cell to convert light to electricity for saving. With this design, the electricity demand of the system can be satisfied and we can also use the LED lamps with intelligent dimming mechanism to reach the advantages of the binary lighting systems to improve the brightness weakness of the fiber optic lamps and the lighting issues at night due to the current collectors’ receiving unstable sunlight in the cloudy days, so that the indoor brightness won’t be affected by the change of the outdoor light.
