Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 101 === The progress of the times, smartphone so far has been irreplaceable electronic appliances everyday life, one purpose of this study is to investigate the functional requirements of the smartphone product design. 1. Through the weight of evaluation factors by using AHP. 2. The uncertainty of evaluation factors was reduced by using Fuzzy theory 3. The preference of alternatives was ranked through Fuzzy TOPSIS with multi-choice goal programming. 4. The price, Size, and Memory were selected as the key factors to understand the best choice of smartphone. The difference in demands for Smartphone functions between different study groups was analyzed. The groups of study customers were classified into three categories based on the academic degrees: High school students, undergraduates and graduated. 1. It is found that the high school students care on Camera Features, whereas undergraduates and graduated emphasized the importance of the Built-in camera pixels. 2. The optimal option was Apple iphone 5 16GB, Second choice for SAMSUNG GALAXY S III i9300,NOKIA Lumia 920. When the price, Size, and Memory were also considered, the optimal options were SAMSUNG GALAXY S III i9300. This study shows that multiple factors, in addition to the brand, will be considered by customers to choose a suitable smartphone.
