Wargame simulation can efficiency to save Defense spending and enhance military weapon operation quality using limited resources to maximums effectiveness of training. A synthetic theater of war simulation is an important application field and future development direction. Combination with Wargame Simulation and simulator to build up synthetic theater of war simulation training environment to predict real battle filed and pre-practice. This research is applying the High Level Architecture (HLA) technical specification (protocol) to integrate the Wargame simulation and the Tank simulator for communication and cooperation each other in the large scale simulation exercise. We will establish the experimental group vs. control group by using wargame simulation system and tank simulator which based on cloud computing architecture to avoid the band limited of wargame simulation system and great quantity computing when doing large scale computing.
