Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 管理學院碩士學位學程在職專班財務金融組 === 101 === Luminous lamps play an indispensable role in the daily life.Along with the changes in Information Technology and consumptive patterns, it impacts public's consumptive patterns in lamps industry, and it also impacts the sales in accessories and the changes of economic operating models in overall manufacturing industry. The purpose of this study is to integrate the current states and future developmental trends in Taiwanese traditional lamps industry; to analyze the sales over the years through the case company;to compare with the competitors in the same industry;to discuss about the analysis of how the case company utilizes its core resources and maintains competitive Niche with its sales combinations and SWOT analysis;the study of how the case company adjusts its Strength and Weakness. The conclusions and recommendations based on the above-mentioned are as follows: 1. The advantage of traditional lighting market is no longer existed. Therefore, it is imperative to seek the position in the industry value chain. 2.The case company should focus on its goals, which are strengthening its divisional networking and coordinating with strategic alliance when it faces the gradual slowing-down in the growing of traditional lighting industry. 3.The products can enhance the value-added technology and the application of LED integrated light source. 4.In order to increase the market share and competitiveness, the products need to be diversified in response to the rapid changes in consumer market.
