Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 光電工程研究所 === 101 === In this thesis, the main research of the sensitivity enhancement of surface plasmon resonance biosensors by Metal/Dielectric/Metal structure divided into angle-dependent reflectivity, the buffer-dependent reflectivity, to explore the sensitivity of the Metal/Dielectric/Metal structure. First, we explore the simulation of the different sensitivity between Metal/Dielectric/Metal structure and single metal structure, we can find the better thickness of samples in which we can measure and simulated results based on samples made to measure. For enhance adhesion force of samples, we add Cr films to each interface of Metal/Dielectric/Metal structure. We explore in the symmetrical structure of the Metal/Dielectric/Metal the surface plasma dispersion relationship curve will split off even and odd two solutions due to the coupling, the odd solution and the surface plasma of metal/buffer due to coupling again. The phenomenon causes its resonance angle approaching the critical angle to improve the sensitivity.
