Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 光電工程研究所 === 101 === In this thesis,the main research of the surface plasma coupling photons in metal/AlGaInP/metal structure,divided into variable wavelength measurement to disscuss symmetry metal structure,but the AlGaInP use various thickness between the symmetry metal, to explore surface plasma coupling,and use photoluminescence to measure the extra phonton from AlGaInP.
First,we use the simulation program to simulate the reflection and tramsmission rate,to explore the surface plasmon result to double symmetry gold film with different thickness of AlGaInP sample, And used as the basis of measurement in the actual experiment, the actual thickness of the dielectric layer and the gold thickness can be measured, and further predicted surface plasmon resonance wavelength, and then do with the actual measured value control.
In symmetry metal/AlGaInP/metal structure,the surface plasmon dispersion curve will split into two solutions odd and even function because of double gold in the AlGaInP mutual coupling, the odd function part with the dielectric layer, AlGaInP light-emitting materials, surface plasmon light line cross coupled inspire additional photon, to explore the surface plasmon coupling photon gain influence for the intensity of the light-emitting materials.
