In addition to Emergency Command & Dispatching Support System would make different results due to different types of fires and building construction, it will influence dispatch and response measures in handling with the problem of geographic environment of a site, narrow lanes, and the amount of water resources. At first, this study sets motivation and purpose for the research and then proceeds literature review to the chosen area, Taichung to interpret. Afterwards, the study establishes the research framework and analysis methods to define scope and subject of the research. After developing the questionnaire and doing the survey, we make arrangements and analysis to discuss and show the research and discoveries to draw conclusions and raise suggestions. This study mainly focuses on the condition of use towards fire dispatch system which associates with GIS to do analysis in order to anticipate improving the adjustment of system software in the future.
