Description
Summary:碩士 === 中州科技大學 === 工程技術研究所 === 101 === The aim of this research is to discuss the effect of experimental teaching of mathematics and integrated teaching aids on children’s learning of spatial concept and logic of relations. An exclusively designed experimental course and ‘Children’s Spatial Concept and Logic of Relations Exam for Children Aged 4-6’ are used as tools for this experiment. The study sample included two private kindergartens in Taichung City, with one as the experimental group and the other as the control; with 30 as the number of effective samples in accordance with true-experimental research. Data derived from the examination are then analyzed and processed independently and dependently on sample t. The following summarizes the main research results: 1. Before the experimental teaching, there are no significant differences between spatial concept and logic relations between the two groups. 2. After experimental teaching, the experimental group performed better in both spatial concept and logic relations than the control group. 3. The performance of spatial concept and logic relations of the experimental group was significantly better than before the experimental teaching. 4. There was no significant difference in the performance of spatial concept and logic relations of the control group prior and after the experimental teaching. Key words: experiment teaching in mathematics, mathematics teaching aids, spatial concept, logic
