Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the opinions of educational personnel of elementary school in Nantou County toward the necessary measures for the implementation of tax satisfaction survey. This study had methodologically adopted questionnaire survey.
The “educational personnel of elementary school in Nantou County tax Necessary Measures for teachers' satisfaction Survey Questionnaire” was as a research tool.The subjects were educational personnel of elementary schools in Nantou County. Questionnaires were handed out to the 504 educational personnel. The valid samples were 443. The usable percentage was 86%.Data were analyzed by using statistics of Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA.
Based on the result, the main conclusions were as follows:
1. In the measure of “Subsidizing the employment of administrative or counseling staffing”,educational personnel of elementary school felt dissatisfied more than satisfied.
2. In the measure of “Advance the salary of tutors” , educational personnel of elementary school felt dissatisfied more than satisfied.
3. In the measure of “Reducing the teaching hours”, educational personnel of elementary school felt dissatisfied the same as satisfied.
4.In the measure of “Reducing the teaching hours taught by the part-time teachers”, educational personnel of elementary school felt dissatisfied more than satisfied.
5. In the necessary measures for the implementation of tax, there was no significant difference between “gender”, “age” and “education background “.
6. In the “years of experience as a teacher” of background variables ,there was a significant difference from “Reducing the teaching hours taught by the part-time teachers”.
7. In the “function of office” of background variables ,there was a significant difference between the measure of “Subsidizing the employment of administrative or counseling staffing” and the measure of “reducing the teaching hours”.
8. In the “school location” of background variables ,there was a significant difference from the measure of “reducing the teaching hours”.
Finally, according to the findings to make recommendations for educational administration offices, schools and a reference for future research.
