It is not surprised to see lots of nice volunteers worked in the hospital, and tried to make their efforts to assist patients and medical stuffs。 With the development of information technology, the smart phones get more and more common and the speed of mobile telecommunication Internet gets higher.The Instant Messenger software on traditional Personal Computer can’t satisfy the users in the need of receiving instant messages. And the Instant Messenger software on phones play the important roles in new communication. This research uses the modified Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to research model of this study. The results showed that, Social impact of Unified Theory of Acceptance affect the intentions of medical volunteers to use Tzu Chi hotline App.
