碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 通訊工程研究所 === 101 === With the extension of human life and low birth rate, the aging population problem become series in recent decades. As such, the remote medical care systems become popular, which are able to provide medical services to patients at home via smart phone and Internet technology. In particular, heart disease is among the top causes of death. To reduce the risk of sudden death, patients can keep track their cardio information such as ECG data daily, and send them to remote medical center for further analysis. To facilitate home users, this thesis emphasizes on how to stream data medical database via the web browser. Once the patient's information be uploaded to database, medical staffs can enter to the platform to obtain patient information in the database. As a result, patients can be given faster and better medical suggestions. With the use of this system, the patients can reduce money, save traveling time and tracking their health situation anytime with any devices.
