In the first part, the Noise-Cancelling transconductance topology was employed in the RF Mixer to eliminate the thermal noise. It achieves noise cancelling by adjusting the transconductance of the transistors and the resistors of loads, and promotes the noise performance of Mixer. This chip was implemented with the TSMC CMOS technology. In the second part, the Body-mixing RF Mixer is presented. The Body Effect was utilized in the circuit to combine the RF signal and LO signal, the combined signal amplifies and mixes through the transconductance of the transistor later. This chip was implemented with TSMC SiGe BiCMOS technology. The third part is a Band-Pass filter with harmonics suppression, with the combination of Band-Pass and Band-Reject block, the Band-Reject blocks eliminate the harmonics producing by Band-Pass, therefore this filter offers 14 times center frequency of pass band suppression. This circuit implemented with Printed Circuit Board FR4, it has matched result between measurement and simulation.
