Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系暨研究所 === 101 === Since of the increase of the life quality, living aesthetics is booming deeply. The look and appearance has become the main concern in the social relationship. Recently, the trend and concept of the plastic surgery and medicine are well adopted by the populations. The populations in the domestic and around the world who receive the plastic surgery have increased significantly. Generally, the plastic surgery is a complicate and complex treatment process. Some malpractice comes from the facts, such as the asymmetric information about the medicine among patient and physicians, the expectation of patients is beyond the limit of the treatment and so on. The effective communication between patient and physician should achieve the best performance of the treatment. In tradition, the communication before the surgery needs some auxiliary tools, like face model and other specific model for some parts (like breast), to display the simulation of the whole treatment process. Since the advancement of the computer and 3D simulation technologies, there are many research combining the computer simulation technology to act as communication tool during the process of the plastic surgery process. This research adopts the theories of reasonable action and expectancy disconfirmation to investigate whether the patient and physician accept the 3D simulation system for plastic surgery.
