Description
Summary:博士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系暨研究所 === 101 === The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate the relationships between individuals concern for information privacy (CFIP) and their intention to provide personal health information (PHI) in EMR context. The household interview survey methodology was utilized to collect data. Based on the formal structured questionnaire protocol, the household interview was conducted in Taiwan. A total of 328 validated questionnaires were collected. The two antecedent variables, Information Sensitivity and Computer Anxiety, then the moderator variables are Trust and Perceived Risk. Eight hypotheses were proposed in this study. Then, the proposed hypotheses were assessed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study reveal individuals’ concerns for the personal information privacy would affect their intention to provide PHI in EMR context. Then the impacts of Information Sensitivity and Computer Anxiety toward CFIP in this research show the same effect with the hypotheses and both significantly supported. The negative relationships between CFIP and Trust and Perceived Risk and Intention to provide PHI were both not supported. In other words, a total of six out of eight hypotheses were supported in this study. More related studies are recommended in the future.
