Summary: | 博士 === 國立中正大學 === 教育學研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among local educational leadership, organizational learning, and organizational accountability. The study adopted questionnaire survey method. There were 450 participants in this study, including educational bureau and school staff of the cities and counties in Taiwan. The response rates were 84.9%; the usable surveys were 376; the usable rates were 83.6%. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, MANOVA, Person product-moment correlation, regression analysis, and structural equation modeling. The conclusions of this study are:
1.Local educational leadership in shaping the vision for local education level is the outstanding.
2.Organizational learning in the mastery of group is the remarkable.
3.Organizational accountability in the sensibility of environment is the highest.
4.There are significant differences in the local educational leadership between the different duties and authority education staff.
5.There are significant differences in the organizational learning between the different seniority and authority education staff.
6.There are significant differences in the organizational accountability between the different seniority, duties and authority education staff.
7.There are the positive correlations among local education leadership, organizational learning and organizational accountability.
8.The local leadership in excellent managing program can promote organizational learning.
9.The local leadership in excellent developing people and organizations can increase organizational accountability.
10.The organizational learning in system integration can enhance organizational accountability.
11.The local education leadership could positively affect organizational accountability through the fully mediated effect of organizational learning.
In addition, this study provides suggestions on the educational authority and future study.
