Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 物理學系暨研究所 === 101 === People can easily sense the environment from ordered or disordered. Do we have a universal measurement the order or disorder state in human mind? In thermal physics, there is a scale; entropy describes the disordered of a system. The thesis try to connect the disorder which is the physics describe with the disorder which is the people thinking. Here we present an experiment and the preliminary results. We design a series of black and white checkerboard pattern cards. The subjects ask to give scores on the cards that are physically well defined. At the same time, the subject ask to give scores on the cards in distinct conditions, and then we use three different indicators to analyze correlation between subject’s sense and three different indicators (Multiplicity, AR and Compressibility), Note that the larger the Entropy, the more disorder that the subjects sense, and in distinct conditions, subjects have different standard. We find three kinds of indicators (Multiplicity, AR and Compressibility) related subject’s sense positive correlation. These results not only imply that there have a universal measurement the order or disorder state in human mind, but plays a crucial role on the cognitive neuroscience.
