In order to develop inventory, the technique of Item Responses Theory is employed. The inventory content take the Bar-On emotion intelligence quotient and the intimate relation as the development construction, altogether divides into five to: (1) Intrapersonal composite, including the Self-Awareness, Self-Assertiveness, Self-Regard, Self-Actualization and the Independence. (2) Intimate composes, including Empathy, Intimate Relationship and Responsibility. (3) Adaptable composite, including Problem Solving, Reality Testing and Cognitive Flexibility. (4) Stress management composition: including Stress Tolerance and Impulse Control. (5) Mood composition, including Happiness and Optimism, results show that the inventory has good psychometric properties: Cronbach’s is .87 for the whole inventory. The data was analyzed by the manova. the major findings were as follows: (1)general man group and violence of male prisoners competence there were significant differences on emotion intelligence whole inventory.(2)analysis demographic statistics : there were no significant differences existed among the variables of gender and education on emotion intelligence,but there was old variable.
