Therefore, controlling to make higher purity, better polymorphs and crystal size distribution procedure, has play an important role. In this study, using 1,3,5-Trinitroperhydro -1,3,5-triazine (RDX) be the object, with crystallization property and operation condition in the crystallization. To product the impact of demand range with produce, using dynamic method explore the process of population balance, nucleation rate and interference mechanism with experimental variables. The nucleation and growth rate of RDX expression the results in a particle size from zero has significantly different rate. And in the effective diameter 64μm, with a rate of B = 13885.23σ-0.09Mt11.42C12.02, and G =2.25x10-8σ0.10C-2.15.
